Their owners, Paul Burns and Jennifer Keller, have openly misrepresented the Federal Bureau of Investigation as being an entity they can employ to track down punish people for exercising free speech by leaving reviews relating to their conduct on various websites. This is a violation of Sections 701 and 709 of Title 18 of the United States Code. This ridiculous attempt to terrorize reviewers with fear of federal charges for simply having an opinion is un-American conduct and clearly doesn't reflect the values that we want associated with our government.
