Their owners, Paul Burns and Jennifer Keller, have openly misrepresented the Federal Bureau of Investigations as being an entity they can employ to punish people for exercising free speech by leaving reviews relating to their conduct on various websites. This is a violation of Sections 701 and 709 of Title 18 of the United States Code. This ridiculous attempt to terrorize reviewers with the fear of federal charges for simply having an opinion is un-American conduct and clearly does not reflect the values that we want associated with our government.
