BP Oil Spill 2010, Pay what you agreed on and stop prolonging what is long over due. The Gov. should help "The People"!!

BP Oil Spill of 2010 has taken advantage of " The small business'."
They are still waiting to be paid, four years later after the BP Oil Spill.
What is the hold up. The Federal Government has received their monies, why haven't we received our monies?!
The Class Action Lawsuit and The People who Opt Out.
Have been put on HOLD. This terrible BP Oil Spill Disaster has affected so many people and have suffered long enough.
We need to be paid Now the monies that is owed to the claimants. BP Oil Spill agreed on paying The Class Action Lawsuit and Opt Out claimants. We The People of small business were supposed to be paid before April 20, 2014.
Now they are trying postpone payment, again.
