Simple enough. Break up the major cable and Internet service providers (Comcast, Time Warner, Verizon, etc.) and make it easier for small providers to compete and expand.
We broke up AT&T years ago because it was a monopoly, but apparently it wasn't enough. Most of the biggest ISPs are the baby bells that were created out of the break-up.
Looks like they didn't learn to refrain from monopolizing the communications industry after that. I think it's time to teach them a lesson again.
