Break Up All Multi-State Telecommunications Companies

Created by D.L. on September 30, 2013

I've been going to AT&T's Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/ATT) daily for the past month to write them. Up until now, I've always liked AT&T. But, while seeing how the Premier carrier for the 10 month old Nokia flagship phone refused to release a major update (Amber/GDR2), I've also become sickened by the recurring motifs I see with their regular business. Even ignoring lack of cell coverage and 1980s-era internet speeds, here's a non-complete list of what I see hundreds of time every day just on that site:

- Terrible call wait times
- Multiple call transfers with no information transferred
- Failure to write down what happened during the call
- Hanging up on customers
- Lying to customers

There's more, but it won't fit here. These companies are too big. Break them up.
