break up banks that are 'too large to fail'. Any institution too large to fail is a threat to our national security.

Created by E.S. on July 25, 2013

Since the 2008 financial crisis, our government has loaned billions of dollars to banks that were declared 'too large to fail' by the President. From this date forward, any bank that is deemed 'too large to fail' and requires financial assistance from the US government should be considered a threat to national security. These banks should be broken up into manageable pieces that would not threaten our economy if they fail.
