Cable giants such as Time Warner and Comcast pose a very real and serious threat to our citizen's natural right to information access and sharing on reasonable terms via cable television and the internet from data capping. A merger between these two would cause an asymmetrical tilt in the balance of power between the people and corporations whose duty as service providers is to look out for it's consumers; the tax payers.
Their continued affronts on net neutrality can no longer be allowed by the people or this administration. The U.S. Constitution was designed to stop such attempts at social sabotage via economic means such as what Comcast and Time Warner are attempting. They must be brought back under the rule of law before they have enough pull with our legislators to succeed.
