Just as many Americans across this great country and our men and women serving proudly in the armed forces, are prohibited from showing up to work drunk or under the influence, members of Congress and the Senate should be no exception and should be breathalyzed before speaking, testifying, and/or casting their vote.
We the people petition that each member of Congress and Senate be breathalyzed in order to make sure and enforce that they are in a coherent state of mind and are fully aware of the consequences and potential impact on the livelihood of every American on any piece of legislation acted or not acted upon.
