Breitburn energy and Linn energy both filed for bankruptcy earlier this year. These are $5 billion dollar companies. I'm a shareholder with these companies. I've invested my whole life savings in these companies. These companies plan on wiping the shareholders out. This makes no sense because the oil and gas industry is a cyclical industry. We should these energy companies be able to start all over debt free while leaving the small time investor damaged. The shareholders are hard working American citizens. We deserve better. Please make sure that these companies make a plan for the shareholders and don't wipe us out. Thank you.
