Military members and veterans through their service to the United States of America gain skills and experience that should be useful in the civilian world. There is an educational and certification shortfall when military members enter the civilian world that results in many being underemployed in career fields they should qualify to be in or unemployed entirely.
These good people who have served and could be productive immediately should have their education and certifications bridged to the civilian world so that they will be fully employable and productive.
