Every year the Elite Four get stronger, and their Pokemon increase in level exponentially. While the rest of us suffer and continue to have low-level Pokemon. This level warfare has gone unnoticed by the federal government for too long. This control of the higher level Pokemon should not be exclusively for the 1%. We are asking for:
Federally funded distribution of Rare Candies for Pokemon under level 45
A Federal mandate allowing a more moderate acceptance rate to the Elite Four, to allow for more competitors
Federally funded mandate for states to lower the cost of Ultraballs and Masterballs, to allow easier catching and storage of more powerful wild Pokemon.
The Elite Four have been too elite for too long. Let's tell congress enough is enough and change is necessary!
