The Electoral College must be fully briefed on the level of possible foreign tampering with the 2016 Presidential election. A briefing is essential in order for Americans to have faith in whomever takes office, and for the eventual President to serve our nation without a cloud of illegitimacy.
We ask that the Director of National Intelligence, prior to Dec. 19, 2016, brief all members of the Electoral College with all known intelligence on foreign involvement in the presidential election. This is so the College may defend our country from possible foreign influence, as is one of the central Electoral College purposes as described in Federalist Paper #68.
