bring about a lawsuit to recover the of 24 billion dollars against the person/partys responsible for the Gov't shutdown

To bring about actions against responsible persons/partys that created the Gov't shutdown and enforce civil liabilities and actions against them in the amounts of 24 billion U.S.D. to compensate America for their actions against the gov't by improper usage of Congress that resulted in nearly catastrophic results. We furthur petition that these individuals be charged with treasonous activity detrimental to the good of the country and be furthur removed immediately from office and brought up on charges of treason against the Gov't and the civil liberties of citizens. We authorize a complete and thorough investigation into the funding of such atrocities against out gov't and hope it will enact measures to prevent furthur disruptions in our gov't.
