Bring actively fighting soldiers back to their families once or more a year.

Nowadays, with war in the Middle East, it is hard for family members to come back to witness an important event or see their family again. I propose that there be one or more breaks of 2 weeks a year where the soldiers go back home to their families or friends. This would increase troop morale when they come back, and the weeks could be scattered, so the force is not weakened at any time.
