My son Adam Kingdon has lived in the US since he was 3. I brought him to the US when he was 3 and was told by USCIS that he was a US citizen through me. In 2015 when applying for a passport Adam was told he is not a citizen. We have done everything asked of us by immigration to fix this. Adam used a UK passport to visit his dying father in the UK in May 2015. There had been no contact since 1979. Upon trying to return he was told his ESTA had been revoked. He is now stuck in the UK with no family. We are told it could be 7 years before he can come home. He has lived in the US since age 3. He has a SS# and drivers license and has worked since age 12. His life has been stolen from him. His only family are all American citizens. There is life threatening illness in the family.
