We the people request National effort on the part of our government upon this effort of returning the 3 year old boy child Ahimsa to his rightful place in the arms of his mother Aubriel Dinga. The child was given to ex-step father of Aubriel, Avais Dinga , thinking that the child would be going on vacation. Communications with Mr. Dinga ceased over a period of time and Aubriel filed kidnapping charges. Mr. Dinga then filed for emergency custody once he found out that kidnapping charges were filed. Mr. Dinga advised the courts Aubriel is a drug abuser, and abuses Ahimsa. Aubriel has taken 2 drug tests that both have come back negative. The court system even with evidence against claims of Mr. Dinga, gave him custody. We request that the case be reviewed and analyzed for any discrepancies.
