Bring all US Airlines maintenance back from foreign countries to reduce risk of ISIS gaining access to US jets.

All US airlines send their heavy maintenance to foreign countries to reduce costs. The FBI has no oversight in these countries. It is of particular concern in Singapore where the majority of the population are Muslims. This needs to stop as soon as possible. Even in the USA many maintenance workers have access to planes with no screening prior to accessing aircraft. We are vulnerable to someone putting anything on a plane and providing the nose number of the plane to terrorists. It is easy to track these aircraft on a number of apps. Someone could then book a flight on that plane and obtain access to a specific seat where something had been hidden during a heavy maintenance performed in foreign countries.
