Bring American jobs back home.

Stop outsourcing American jobs by ending ALL tax cuts, incentives, and benefits, for U.S. companies and corporations who employ foreign workers overseas in positions that could be filled by American workers here in the U.S. Create an incentive based temp-to-hire program where businesses are given incentives (through tax cuts and other benefits to be determined by federal government) to hire veterans, people who have been unemployed for longer then six months, and recently (within the last five years and from here forward) graduated students from all U.S. high schools, vocational schools, colleges and universities. Therefore giving the American labor force the jobs they need, and giving U.S. businesses educated and experienced employees.
