This man, hiding under the name Mistah Metro 7 tattooed his dog while under anesthesia and the vet allowed it. The name of the vet has not been disclosed but the tattoo parlor where "Mistah Metro 7" works is called red legged devils located at 229 Flatbush Ave Brooklyn, NY 11217
The vet, along with "Mistah Metro 7" should be brought up on animal abuse charges. This is an outrage!
Dogs are innocent animals that can't say stop, or it hurts.
