Bring attention to current unequal wages in society.

This petition wishes to bring attention to the current unequal pay in today’s society regarding gender. Women are still only receiving 77 cents per male dollar. In order to change this, there should be a restructuring of the 19th century work model which is outdated and mostly centered on men. This could occur with the offering of day care on a work site, changing of default office rules, and shifting the societal view that stay at home dads are weak and feeble. However, in order for things to improve, there must first be equal wages implemented in the White House which serves as a role model to the United States.
