Bring back 18% auto gratuity

As a hourly employee of just $2.13 an hour, my income depends solely on the generosity of my guest. With the loss of auto gratuity, my income has dropped tremendously! The auto gratuity was not to punish guest but to protect servers and bartenders that work hard to ensure the guest enjoy their experience. That 18% made sure bussers, were taken care of because tables were being bussed for faster service. That 18% made sure bartenders were being taken care for making sure guest got what they ordered in a timely fashion. We has servers have to tip out these other positions not based on how much we make, but how much we sell. We are being punished for being good employees. Please give us back what we work so hard for, because many people can't continue to work in this job area without it.
