I think to keep all things fair and balanced for the disenfranchised white male in this country following the historic decision to replace Andrew Jackson with Harriet Tubman on the $20 bill, the US Dept. of the Treasury should reinstate the $2 bill and a put a great, albeit fictional, American on the front: Johnny Utah. Utah was a great man who dedicated his life to thwarting bank robbers, particularly ones that also happen to be very good at surfing and sky diving. The back could be a collage portrait of ex Presidents the surfers used as their disguises: Reagan, Nixon, Carter, and Johnson. The $2 bill would be fitting because of the iconic line delivered by Gary Busey: "Utah, gimme 2". This idea would garner a lot of interest and excitement in the history of US currency design
