Bring back the American Dream of Home Ownership based on income and not credit score.

The economy has severly affected many hard working Americans' credit score. Those that dreamed of owning a home cannot achieve that dream now. They are forced to rent for higher rates than they can pay on a mortgage. Many become homeless because there is more demand for rental homes than there are homes. Americans can help strengthen the economy by being able to obtain mortgages. There are more homes for sale than there are approved buyers. Only a number stands in their way to achieving their dream of home ownership. The credit score. Things happen that isn't in our control. Americans should be able to get a mortgage based on their debt to income ratio. Give Americans a second chance like the big corporations the government bailed out. Give us back our dream.
