Bring back Apprenticeship programs

Apprenticeship is a system of training a new generation. Look for my generation of early 1990's we have had a bit of a struggle in terms of employment. Since 2008 when a large majority of what I call "teenager jobs" went to 30 year olds or older for understandable reasons; we are constantly being told we lack experience, not knowledge, experience. Even with college degrees, many get jobs below their qualified level. There is a gap, China, Japan, and others are leading in workers due to the fact companies will create programs there but not here. The only way here is limited schools and US military, not a bad choice but could be way better. To work in a kitchen you need a license or experience, my father used to tell me how some of his friends first work in kitchens with neither
