Dear Barack Obama,
I was in government class, talking about the eighth amendment when I was told that a lethal injection, which is currently the most used execution, has the highest botched rate. Of course, when an execution is botched, it means that the convict has a very long and painful death. If we used a guillotine for execution, it is completely pain-free and over in a jiffy. It uses no precious resources, because drugs can be quite expensive.
