I understand these sorts of crimes are usually handled on a state level, but I believe that severity of the offence and other crimes like it should be handled on a federal level. The destruction of such innocence, and abuse so horrible is too great to let the states handle it on their own.
Even if the white house doesn't consider this proposition I hope that will at least get some attention.
