Bring back the death penalty for the first-degree murder throughout all country,any criminal/scum deserves to die without qualification to survive in this world as he/she had deprived other one of his life,those criminals/scums have no right to live on the fund from our taxers,this could considerably reduce the crime rate of the entire country because the crime rate of this country is much higher than any other OECD country else
