With so many injustices in the world and the U.S, I have decided to create this petition to prove to the white house that we shouldn't be afraid of people who commit treason including murderers and rapist. We (the tax payers) shouldn't waste our money for them in jail. Also for the criminals knowing the punishments, there will be a better chance of them beginning or carrying on in this instance.
We have the highest incarceration rate in the world. We waste 60 billion dollars a year which could be cut dramatically if you sign the petition.
