Bring back Franklin Delano Roosevelt's Tree Army (Civilian Conservation Corps).

I believe it is imperative that we bring this highly beneficial program back from retirement and I hope you all do as well. The Civilian Conservation Corps was a New Deal program created by FDR in 1933. The CCC was a government-created program that recruited the unemployed almost as the "groundskeepers," of the country, most of the paths that we hike in national parks today were created by The Tree Army. Their prerogative wasn't only path building however, they also planted countless trees and helped with overall environmental conservation. These workers weren't paid with money, but in fact paid in shelter, food, and benefits. This program has countless benefits nowadays, both with environmental protection, job creation, and a serious decrease in homelessness and poverty.
