H.R. 4071, The Disabled Veterans Right to Commissaries and Space Available Travel Act was designed to let Veterans and there families have access to Commissaries to shop. For some reason this bill has been brought up and denied several times. I would like to see a major push to have it passed. Please support me on asking the President to have this reconsidered and possibly pushed into law.
