Old Fashioned Incandescent Light bulbs have no Mercury, nor do they emitt dangerous Ultraviolet energy. They don't require HAZMAT cleanup procedures if one breaks!
Repeal the ban on incandescent light bulbs. Let the market decide what they want in their home.
