Bring back the memes!

Created by C.S. on February 01, 2014

Ever since early 2007, memes have domintated the internet and social media as a means of entertainment. However, the number of memes circulating these sites has drastically decreased since late 2013. It is our duty as American citizens to bring the people what they want. And what they want is entertainment. I come to you, United States government, in a broken state. With meme rates going down, we see an inversely proportionate relation to depression rates. It is necessary for citizens of this great country to have memes in their lives. I propose a seperate branch of government that's sole purpose is to create government-issued memes. These then can be put on the front page of every social media site, therefore entertaining a majority of American citizens, and lowering suicide rates.
