We the People are sick and tired of turning on the news and seeing more mentally deranged people roaming our streets and haunting our communities with tragedies.
We the People of the United States have come together in signing this petition, to strongly urge our government that they come up with a plan to help the mentally ill in our country so that we can prevent these ever present tragedies that we witness on our news night after night.
