In 1992, NASA brought back the older 1960's 'Meatball' logo. While iconic, it does not hearken to the future of our nations exploits in space.
In the early 1970's, NASA commissioned the 'worm' logo. The instantly recognizable and extremely clean design that still flies on the Hubble Space Telescope.
In a future that looks to be dominated by the new-space companies, NASA needs a new and fresh look for it's new and fresh mission.
Bring back the 'worm' logo; But this time, make it Union Blue.
