Bring back online gambling by repealing the banking act that limits the ability of banks to transfer money online.

Please repeal the act that was added on to the port security bill that took away banks and credit cards rights to do their business and make money. This act cost lots of jobs by banning a legal company, Neteller, from operating within the U.S.. I believe legalized gambling would be a help to finanical institutions by giving them another stream of income. The taxes that could be collected from the winning of players would also be of help to the government.
