Bring back pistol duels as a means to settle personal disputes

A long time ago, pistol duels were used to settle disputes between two individuals. Now, we have become a society of words, unwilling to put ourselves on the line for what we believe. Let us change this! All duels will be sanctioned by local governments, who will provide the pistol, while the duelers will provide their own bullet. They will stand at ten paces, and once the government representative gives the signal, the individual who accepted the challenge shoots first, while the challenger shoots second. This practice can take the place of arbitration to settle disputes.
