Bring back public duels between two consenting adults. If enacted would make society much more polite.

In an effort to make a more polite society bringing back public duels would implement a certain fear, uncertainty, and doubt that would affect public behavior. If an improvised jury of 12 or more people witnessed and signed a roster and filed at local court; witnessing the battle between two offended adults (must be 25 yrs or older) then no state or federal crime would have been committed. The prison system would receive relief as criminals taken out. Illegals would more readily conform to laws of our nation. The islamic threat in our country would be neutralized. Political ambitions squashed by natural law and the faster hand.
