The death penalty is still active in many states.
Drugs for lethal injections have been scarce. The companies in Europe that provide the drugs refuse to make that as lethal injection is "inhumane"
Its expensive.
Public execution by hanging is cheap, and quick.
People could be able to pay to see the execution (ex. 15$ adult 50$ people under 18)
The victim committed horrible crimes. They should receive a capital punishment, not flowers and roses.
The guillotine could be another option.
And yes there are people that would pay to see an execution.
