Bring back rolled sleeves for the United States Army.

Created by Z.H. on February 26, 2014

The US Army, since the introduction of the Army Combat Uniform in 2005, has been forbidden to roll the sleeves on their utility uniform. All of the Army's sister services are now allowed to roll their sleeves during hot weather in garrison. The Army's policy for hot weather in garrison as of right now is to remove the "blouse" to allow better air circulation, but in order to create a more military-looking uniform policy, I believe soldiers should be allowed to roll their sleeves in uniform.
