Before 1964, the United States of America used segregation in our school programs and in the real world. This petition proposes that we segregate our schools into two groups; Learners and Failures. The Learners are the people who want to learn in school and know how to use proper grammar. The Failures are the people who can't use proper grammar and act is if they're thugs. This is not proposing to separate whites and coloreds, this is simply based on how you act, this could be anyone from any race.
