Stop Excessive Energy Speculation Act of 2008- Was voted down in the Senate, a similar bill should be voted on to stop the speculation in the commodities market. By lowering energy costs, citizens will spend more money to fuel the economy and less money to heat their houses. This bill would do a great deal of good in repairing how the citizens of the U.S. feel about current House, Senate, and White House representatives.
