Bring Cannabis Down to A schedule 4 Drug so Dr's Can prescribe It Nation Wide, Without Scrutiny. Protection for Patients

We are asking the President for a Reform in the Drug Policy regarding Marijuana. Schedule 1 is extremely restrictive, and does not represent the true facts regarding Cannabis. We are asking to make it a schedule 4 or Lower and or reform. We are in desperate need to make these changes, as we are clogging up our court systems with sick and dying people. If this Passes, it would be Declared against the ADA for a pharmacy to Deny a Patient the right to Cannabis if their Doctor prescribes it. They are to use Mississippi Federal Marijuana Program Providing Patients with Medical Grade Prerolled Marijuana Joints, Raw Material for Vapor, Extracts for Oil, hash, and FDA to process Edibles to their Pharmacy.
