Bring Captain Vaught's Iraqi Translator to the U.S.A.

Created by A.V. on December 07, 2016

My name is Allen Vaught. I served as a Captain in the U.S. Army during the Iraq war (OIF). I need help getting one of my translators, who I will simply refer to as Sam, to the U.S.A. on a Permanent Resident Visa. Sam is in hiding, and previous efforts through the normal routes have been met with red tape and disappointment despite the merit in Sam being allowed to come to the U.S.A.

Iraqi translators who worked with me in Iraq have been executed in years past. I previously helped get two translators and their families out and on their feet here in the U.S. The standards for those translators were lower since they got out in 2007 & 2008. Sam stayed in Iraq working with U.S. Forces until the end of OIF. As such, the standards for him are higher. Please help me help Sam get here.
