Hillary Clinton violated E.O. 13526 by her irrefutable knowledge that she was openly exchanging classified information over her private email system. She directed communication away from her Gov't provided email account to her personal account. The personal email server undeniably did not provide for the proper handling of confidential information. Of the limited emails Clinton provided dozens have been reviewed and deemed CLASSIFIED. The emails Clinton sent, received, and stored via her private email system were filled with information from foreign governments, which is in clear violation of the Executive Order.
Regardless of whether Clinton was being deceptive with handling the CLASSIFIED info or completely incompetent, the evidence is clear.
