The Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives John Boehner and the Majority Whip of the U.S. House of Representatives Eric Cantor have shutdown the government of the United States as of October 1, 2013 by deliberately inciting, and engaging in an insurrection against the authority of the United States and the laws thereof as defined in 18 USC § 2383.
