File criminal charges against the institutions and individuals most responsible for the financial/housing crisis of 2008 and 2009.
The charges may start with fraud and denying millions of Americans the right of Property and/or Prosperity. Other charges may be brought through further investigation.
All evidence of wrongdoing will be investigated. All appropriate charges will be filed. Damages are in excess of 2.5 Trillion USD and are being sought on behalf of United States citizens affected negatively by the financial crisis of 2008/09.
Guilty parties may be considered personally liable and face a trial by jury.
