The mortgage industry has a fiduciary responsibility to engage in responsible lending to purchasers of home both to protect their investors and the values of the homes being invested in. The mortgage industry's clear failure to meet that fiduciary responsibility has had disastrous consequences upon the values of homes owned throughout the U.S. Through no action of their own, the value of what is mostly commonly the largest asset of American families has severely depreciated in value.
In an effort to make those affected home owners whole, we request the administration to direct the appropriate aspect of the people's government to bring a class action lawsuit on our behalf against the institutions and individuals that have created these damages.
