We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

Bring the closing WWII Normandy Museum tanks to Cleveland, where they were manufactured, and will be admired with pride.

Created by H.G. on August 21, 2016

Dear Mr. President and Members of Congress,
It has been brought to the public's attention that a museum in Normandy France is set to close it's doors and auction the contents of it's collection. This collection is based on WWII machinery, and most especially those items that were used during the largest amphibious assault ever conducted, the landings on the beaches of Normandy. We call on upon you to consider purchasing this collection in partiality or totality but with special consideration placed on the Sherman tanks. You see, those tanks were made here in Cleveland by Ford AG. Here in Cleveland we are proud to work with our hands and all things being equal we would like to have them back and admire their craftsmanship, the people who fought in them, and the those that built them.
