Internet Service Providers (cable/or phone based ISPs particularly) intentionally are deceptive about their monthly rates. Too often it is all but impossible to find regular monthly pricing, and the lowest rates available.
I propose a fair and clear method that prominently shows a table-matrix of the Internet speeds, monthly GB allowance, and price for their regular pricing, and "special discount" pricing and terms.
In the consumer food market, we are fortunate to have a clear and consistent "nutritional information" on most foods we buy at the supermarket. We need to see a similar method for informing the public about ISP rates and terms.
These monopoly/duopoly ISPs need to present their rates clearly and fairly to consumers.
