Bring the corporate money home to the American people.

We've all heard of the billions of dollars holed up overseas hiding from corporate taxes and with nothing to invest in overseas. I say bring it home by allowing corporations to bring that money home tax free and distribute it as ordinary dividends to their shareholders. Its presently doing no good to the corporation sitting in an overseas bank account. Corporations are unwilling to invest until they know there is a market. Bringing those dollars to the American public will put money in the hands of the consumers who will spend it on goods and services they need. This will increase government revenue since the dividends would be taxed to the recipients. More money for the people, more money to help rebuild infrastructure. Win Win.
